Industrial Hoists and Cranes

Our range of Electric Hoist & Cranes come with the following features:
I.Beam Hoist
• Capacity: 1 M . Ton to 5 M ton
• Operation: Left-right and up-down
• Lifting Measures: On choice
• Application: To lift up and carry the job straight left and right on single track

II. E.O.T. Crane
• Capacity: 2 M Ton to 50 M ton
• Operation: Reverse-forward, left-right and up-down
• Operate Measures: On choice
• Applications: To lift up and carry the heavy job throughout into the shed.

Industrial Hoists

The array of our hoists are designed as per international standards. Their structural designs and other precision parts are carefully configured to make them suitable for repetitive use and to work under severe operating conditions. These are specially designed for higher lifts, faster hoisting and cross travel speeds. On the basic of specific requirements of the customers, we able provide them the facility of engineering movable on curved tracks hoists.

These are configured with high rated induction motors having higher H.P and that conform to the set international standards. The higher H.P. and starting torque reduce their handling time. The rope drum of our hoists is made of seamless pipe machined so as to ensure proper seating of wire rope in a proper layer. The drum is fitted with two heavy duty ball/roller bearings of reputed make for smooth operation and longer life of our hoists.

design of hoists

DESIGN, FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS

Reliability and safety are the most desirable features for an electric wire rope hoist. Hence, we use best quality electric wire rope hoist made using advanced technology. Our electrical hoist wire are suitable for medium and heavy duty operation. The modular construction allows easy accessibility of components for maintenance. Components like rope drum, gear box, motor, brake and panel can be easily attended.

STANDARD FEATURES

DESIGN :- Compact & modular design, low weight, easy to operate and maintain.

MOTORS :- Sturdy cylindrical/conical rotor pole-changing motors (continuous cast aluminium sections), integrated safety brakes (Insulation class F, IP54 protection).

GEAR BOXES :- Precision flat helical/spur gear units in light alloy housings (case-hardened gears), excellent surface treatment and permanent oil/grease lubrication.

BRAKES :- Single/dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes with advanced features like automatic braking on power failure. Asbetsos free brake linings that can perform 1 million braking operation. Low in maintenance.

ELECTRICAL PANEL :- Modular design, easy to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuit, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Drives with motor overload protection to prevent overloading.

PAINTING :- Every part of the hoist is thoroughly scrubbed and painted. Before the assembly double coat of the primer is applied and after the final testing the surface coated with twin layer of paint.

ROPE DRIVE :-Compact design and low weight

SUPPORTING STRUCTURE, TROLLEYS AND DRIVE SYSTEMS :- The standard hoist in the chassis can be designed for heavy and medium load applications with different types of traveling gears. Compact design, low height are some of the standard features of the hoist. Further, the articulated end carriage joints ensure that the wheels remain on the track and the load is properly distributed on the complete system.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • LIMIT SWITCHES :- Prevents over hoisting and lowering of hook.
  • PUSH BUTTON STATIONS :- Light display, handy, simple operation, Aluminium, constructed from extruded section.
  • SOFT STARTS :- Electric/electronic soft start modules connected to the travel drives to achieve jerk free, cushioned & smooth start.
  • MAINTENANCE PLATFORM WITH HAND RAILING :- Simple maintenance of the Crane extended partially or totally along the girder.

Hoists design

Hoists are powered lifting assistants. They can be used to lift a heavy item or even a person. Hoists are usually placed overhead and attached to the ceiling, and may have a power supply. They use a suspension system, sling, and power supply cable. There are many different types of hoist, and it is important to be aware of how they function before you begin using them.

DESIGN: Hoists are designed as per standards (IS 3938 Class II) duty operations and repetitive use under most severe operating conditions. Hoists specially designed for higher lifts, faster hoisting & cross travel speeds & moveable on curved.
